1. Service Overview

Lumono provides an automated missed-call text response system and other lead management tools, primarily for small business and contractor use. Upon registration, you will be assigned a dedicated phone number (the “Lumono Number”) through which the service will operate.

2. Eligibility

By using Lumono, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old. You are authorized to act on behalf of your business entity or yourself. You will use Lumono only for lawful, business-related purposes.

3. Assigned Phone Numbers

Lumono will assign you a dedicated phone number for service use. You understand and agree that this number is leased to you during your subscription period and does not constitute ownership.We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign any phone number at our sole discretion, including in cases of inactivity, abuse, or non-payment.

4. Subscription & Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan (e.g., Core or Pro).Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.Lumono reserves the right to suspend or cancel your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Lumono for spam, unsolicited marketing, or illegal activities.Attempt to bypass or misuse the system in any way. Use the service in violation of applicable laws, including consumer protection and privacy laws.

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding lead response, message delivery, or business outcomes.Results will vary based on your industry, lead quality, response time, and other external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumono shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
